Integration capabilities

  • The system will remind about missed calls. If an employee missed a call, they will receive a notification with the client’s phone number to call back.
  • Call history will be recorded. The entire communication history is stored in the client’s card.
  • Notifications on incoming calls will display the client’s name or draw the administrator’s attention that a new client is calling.

Configuration

Activate Altegio in the Sipuni personal account Register with Sipuni and write “Activate Altegio” in the chat. mceclip0__1_1.png

After activating Altegio, it will appear in the “Basic settings” > “Integrations” block.

Connect the integration Go to the Altegio cabinet and select your main network in the upper left corner. Go to the “Telephony” section and copy the token from there. Screenshot_1.png In the Sipuni cabinet, select the integration in the “Integrations” section and click “Connect”. Enter your Altegio cabinet login and password and paste the copied token. Save the data and select your company from the drop-down list. Save again. The “Unauthorized” status will change to “Authorized”. The mobile office is connected! Set up routes A route is the path of a call from one subscriber to another. There are external routes, when a selected employee answers a call from a client, and internal routes, when company employees call each other.

To set up, go to the Altegio cabinet. After connecting, new links should appear in the “Telephony” section: “Integration”, “Routing”, “Routes”, “Calls”.

Select “Routes” and click “Add New Route”. Enter the route name – for example, “Route for new customers” – specify the employee who will answer the call, and the branch. Then select how to save call history: “Network call history”: pop-up notifications about the call do not appear, and calls are only saved in the network history. “Network call history and all salons”: pop-up notifications about the call appear in all network branches, and call history is available in all branches. “Network call history and notified salons”: pop-up notifications about the call appear only in selected branches. Click “Save”. You can create several routes at once. __________.png

When you finish with the routes, go to the “Telephony” section and select “Routing”. Here you will assign routes to phone numbers:

Click “Add rule”. Select “Phone” and enter the number with the code without a plus sign, parentheses, dashes, and other characters. Select one of the created routes. To add an internal employee number, select “SIP” from the drop-down list. mceclip8.png
